DAILY EXPECTAIONS

• Schedule customer inbound calls
• Connect with our existing customers via outbound calls
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Misc. activities as needed

PREFERED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, dispatching, or other related fields highly preferred

• Experience in the home service industry preferred

• Highly organized & able to prioritize

• Service Titan experience a plus

• Google sheets and Microsoft Office experience
