What’s My Office Help?
It’s the premiere back-office solution for the home services industry, which is just a fancy way of saying we help service companies (plumbers, electricians, appliance repair, roofers etc.) manage their offices virtually in the same way someone in their physical office would. Scheduling and dispatching, answering customer questions, handling administrative tasks based on a client’s individual needs.
All of this and more is what our awesome team offers clients across the US and Canada.
We aren't a call center. We are the solution. We are our clients office team, letting them do what they do best while we take care of the rest.
At My Office Help, we don't have employees and bosses, we have a family of teammates who help each other and genuinely care. We don't play "Gotcha!" or deal with the drama that comes from the cooperate world of favoritism, backstabbing, or aggressive ladder climbing. That does not align with our core values.
