We are located right outside of Wilmington and are looking for the next great addition to our Verizon Customer Service Representative team. Our firm specializes in conceiving unmatched customer experiences and enhancing our client’s brand awareness. We have been fortunate enough to work directly with some of the most renowned household names across the globe, and have recently partnered with Verizon and their 5G Division. Business is booming, and we need individuals with superior communication, problem-solving, and people skills to be a part of our entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representative team. Our Verizon Customer Service Representatives are at the forefront of our consumer communications and play an integral role in our overall success.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Service Representative:
- Regularly follow up with select customers and ensure any questions or concerns are adequately addressed
- Train directly with seasoned Verizon Customer Service Representatives and our management staff to develop best practices and master the basics of the entry-level role
- Master all client product knowledge to be able to educate consumers and suggest products and/or services that meet their needs and wants
- Use our POS system to build up consumer/service product packages and close sales when needed
- Display mastery of the entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representatives position by training newer representatives and team members
- Attend and participate in daily team meetings and contribute ideas towards bettering customer service efforts
Requirements of the Verizon Customer Service Representatives:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in customer service or different consumer-facing environment
- Proficient communication skills to communicate effectively with consumers as well as internally with the team
- Must possess a student mentality to receive proper training and succeed within the role of the Verizon Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
