Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representatives carries the responsibility of embodying the Fana ethos of kindness and love in each and every interaction; not only amongst clients, but with everyone who surrounds them on a daily basis. The Customer Service Rep at Fana will be responsible for the following:
- To ensure the best possible Customer experience in fulfilling the client's needs.
- Receive and respond professionally to calls and emails from clients in a timely manner.
- The ability to create and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- To strive for growth within yourself, and your team.
- Calm demeanor, especially under pressure.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in the Jewelry industry.
- Ability to work Independently and on a team.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Knowledgeable in jewelry design.
- GIA Certified preferred, but not required.
Essential Physical Requirements:
Applicants must have valid work authorization for employment in the USA.
Expected salary range: $75k/year.
