Job description

Connect Staffing is Seeking a Customer Service Representative for a medical equipment supplier company in the city of Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Monday Through Friday 8am-4:30pm

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • 1 year experience as a CSR representative a plus
  • Strong phone and in person skills
  • Must be a team player.
  • Prior experience as a customer support specialist, call center representative, customer experience associate, or customer care specialist IS A BIG PLUS!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Answering phones
  • Entering orders on ERP system
  • Data Entry
