Customer Service Representative
Job description
BTG Textiles, Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated individual, one who is a self-starter ready to join our growing team to assist with day-to-day office tasks and acting as a vital operational link to other team members.
You will be a significant member of the Customer Care Team building relationships with our customers relating to them with empathy making them feel that you are their representative taking excellent care of them.
This person must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, must be reliable, and ready to assist wherever help is needed.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
- Flexible to changing work environment.
- Adaptable, committed, sincere and friendly.
- Ability to work well within in a team.
- Demonstrates strong work ethics.
- Phone Etiquette
- Competence in verbal and written communication e.g. to compose email messages and replies.
- Email Marketing is a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Customer Care Follow Up
- Administrative duties such as data entry, typing, copying, binding, scanning, filing, etc
- Answer telephone, taking messages for staff and directing incoming calls.
- Prepare and send samples.
- Assist with mail room duties e.g., mail distribution and preparation of outgoing mail/orders.
- Create labels, file folders, binders, as requested.
- Order and stock various office supplies, lunch area and other supplies.
- Make sure break rooms are fully stocked and well kept.
- Light maintenance, including maintaining cleanliness of restrooms, kitchen, breakroom, etc.
- Support and coordinate with all departments.
- Willing to learn our textile products such as Towels, Linen, Bar Mops and other items used by Hotels, Motels, Health Care and Hospitality. We will provide the training.
