We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

In this position you will be taking inbound calls and setting up service/maintenance appointments as well as making outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed and offering additional products and services. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality, along with strong multi-tasking abilities. Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude is a must to succeed in this job.

Work Hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as required

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have empathy
• Quick learner and retains knowledge
• Exceptional customer service skills
• 1-2 years inside sales, call center or telemarketing experience is a plus
• Experience in HVAC industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Service Titan software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong computer skills and ability to type minimum of 30 wpm
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Positive "can do" attitude
• Must be able to multi-task
