Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for an established manufacturing organization in Wendell, NC. The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clientele, including dealers, end users, and prospective customers. This position involves addressing inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions while providing administrative and dealer management support to the department. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle stressful situations diplomatically. This position requires on-site presence from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and promptly respond to incoming communications from end users via phone, mail, email, and social media.
  • Resolve product inquiries and issues raised by end users by understanding their requests or complaints, identifying the underlying causes, devising optimal solutions, expediting resolutions, and ensuring end-user satisfaction. Maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations.
  • Draft professional letters to end users, communicating resolutions to their requests or complaints.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the Better Business Bureau.
  • Document all end-user communications in the Customer Relations Database.
  • Process and record dealership-end user surveys.
  • Prepare written reports for the manager.
  • Issue certificates of origin as requested by dealerships.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Provide reception backup support when needed.
  • Assist in the management of dealership contracts and onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent qualification. Background in agriculture or automotive fields is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional tone.
  • Excellent administrative, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on follow-up.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with database applications and the ability to perform fast and accurate high-volume data entry.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp industry terms and efficiently reference mechanical information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
