About the job:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative and Social Media Marketing Specialist to work onsite at our office located in North Kansas City. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and social media marketing experience. The ability to work in a growing environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and social media platforms
• Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing metrics to optimize performance
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution
• Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
• Continuously monitor industry trends and customer needs to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition

Requirements and Skills:

• Must be 18 and over and legally able to work in the US
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Professional behavior
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can do attitude and action oriented
• Be able to prioritize tasks
• Emotional Intelligence
• Tech Savviness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
