Job description

We are looking for individual/'s who can work full time and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

The selected candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills.

  • Attention to detail
  • Solid work ethic
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Computer.

Whilst a college degree is not required for the position, we do require a track record of at least 2 year working in an office environment.

A little about the job:

Our Customer Service Representatives provide customer care for our customers apparel/regalia needs, by accepting/inputting orders received via phone, mail or fax (yes we still have a fax machine :-), managing customers accounts, and educating customer on the best products and services.

Quickbooks will be used heavily, therefore experience with this program is a definite +, but not required, as on the job training will be provided to successful applicants.

Customer Service Reps must be comfortable and confident speaking with customers, detailed orientated, friendly and be comfortable working with various people and backgrounds, duplication i know :-).

We are seeking to hire the successful candidate within next few weeks or so, however, that maybe outside of our hands.

In addition to the above, candidates must be able to work legally in the US. and have a reliable transportation/plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Computer and customer support: 2 years (Preferred)
