Company Description
Global Gate Controls is a small, local company that has been in business for over 20 years. We provide gate and garage remotes, access cards and key fobs as well as other types of access controls to apartment communities across the country. We are currently looking to expand our Customer Service team.

Job Description
A typical day will include processing orders (phone, email, website), providing price quotes and assisting with inbound customer requests. Helping with special projects and general office tasks is also part of the routine.

Duties and Responsibilities
Data entry of electronic orders in QuickBooks
Communicating with customers via email
Assisting with inbound phone calls
Logging customer interactions into our CRM software
Updating customer information in Excel

Work Environment
Friendly and professional office environment
This is not a cubicle style office
Kitchen with fridge, microwave and toaster oven

Knowledge, Skills and Required Abilities
Phone and email communication experience
Basic Math - Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Strong skills in computer use and software use in general
Familiar with Microsoft software (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Experience with Quickbooks and CRM software is a plus
Self-motivation with good time management capability
Fanatical attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Exceptional attendance and reliability

Job Details/Benefits
Starting Pay $18 per hour Raised to $19 per hour after 90 days
Company paid health, dental, vision insurance after 90 days
Paid vacation, sick time and holidays
8-hour day shift Monday through Friday
Colorado Secure Saving 401K eligible after 6 months
