What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join the El Car Wash team. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our customer service department, overseeing a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service.

A day in your life might include…

• Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure they provide excellent service to customers.
• Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain customer service standards and procedures.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to the customer service experience.
• Train customer service representatives on best practices and customer service techniques.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and transactions.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of customer service representatives.

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the car wash industry a big plus!

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
