Position Overview:
The Customer Service Coordinator will coordinate work assignments for our shoreside personnel through high volume phone calls. This position will work a 12-hour 7-on, 7-off schedule and alternate between day and night shifts.
- Answer high volume of incoming calls both on the phone and over the radio.
- Proactively seek missing information and new updates needed to make decisions to facilitate work assignments for personnel.
- Create, update, and complete work records with job information.
- Effectively manage resolution of issues and communicate with operations and management as required.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
