We're looking for top talent to join our team of Customer Service Representatives, and if you are an individual who loves working with people and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty, this is the job for you! Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding to incoming calls, emails and chat requests from customers. This is the perfect opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is team oriented and capable of working independently while also part of a group.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with a variety of issues.
• Meet defined performance metrics.
• Communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Manage customer satisfaction level.
• Use customer service skills.
• Assist customers with billing problems and credit issues.
• Manage an inbound call center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Willmar, MN 56201: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
