Our customer experience team provides unparalleled personal service! Your primary responsibilities will be to collaborate with the rest of the team in the following areas:

Customer Interaction
· Answer phone inquiries and orders from our client partners.
· Monitor email for inquiries and orders from our client partners.
· Respond to requests for information or quotes in a timely manner.
· Efficiently and accurately process highly detailed orders in the order management system.
· Manage proofing process for personalization orders with clients to facilitate changes when necessary and ultimately ensure timely approvals.
· Follow critical, urgent and time-sensitive orders to ensure they are shipped correctly whether shipping from our warehouse or directly from our vendors.
· Proactively collaborate with the other customer experience team members and management (when necessary) to identify and resolve issues before they become issues for the client.
· Work with clients to handle out of stock issues and offer alternatives when necessary.
· Communicate timely with management should a customer situation require escalation.
· Assist local clients who pick up products daily.

Vendor Interaction
· Send drop ship orders to vendors in a timely manner.
· Reconcile orders against order confirmation emails for all orders to make sure they are received and are processed correctly.
· Contact vendors regarding stock status, issues with orders and to confirm time sensitive orders are in-fact shipping as needed.
· Communicate detailed personalization information when changes are necessary or to clarify any questions they have regarding the orders.
· Resolve discrepancies with orders, including but not limited to incorrect quantities shipped, orders mis-shipped or other order issues.

Warehouse
· Pack orders, print shipping labels and prepare orders for UPS.
· Maintain sufficient stock of shipping supplies.
· Maintain sufficient inventory levels.
· Receive and stock shelves with products as they come in.

Administrative
· Assist the team with pricing updates.
· Assist with filing and other office tasks as may be necessary from time to time.
· Maintain sufficient inventory of office supplies.
