We are looking for a professional Customer Experience Manager with a sales and customer first mentality. The CEM is a key member of the in-store management team. This amazing individual will have their hands involved in multiple departments working with our Sales, Parts and Service Team to ensure a 5 star level of service is met. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.To be successful as a customer experience manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. You will conduct quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of the complaint.

Customer experience Manager Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
• Managing customers using Salesforce
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
• Assist with customers with the signing of documents
• Allocate, track, and verify orders for new trailer sales
• Managing the Yard Porter/Forklift Driver
• Managing the Sales Coordinator

Customer experience Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years working in a retail or automotive environment with career progression.
• 3 years of prior management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
• Proficient in Gmail suite
• Prior experience with SalesForce a plus!
• Bilingual a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive base salary with bonus potential!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm & Saturday 9am-1pm (rotating)

Requirements: AATC will require a background check, and reserves the right to drug screen all of its employees at random.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
