Lasko Products, an industry leader in providing and manufacturing home environment products for over 100 years, is looking to add a Customer Compliance Analyst to the team. This role will be hybrid working 3 days from or our West Chester, PA headquarters.

The Customer Compliance analyst is a key member of the sales operation team who is a proactive self-starter in a high-paced environment. The Customer Compliance analyst coordinates all functions across customer spend activity to drive timely and accurate accounting of all trade spend related activity. The role supports credit and collections, financial reporting teams, and logistics ensuring that internal controls and audit requirements are met (compliance). The Customer Compliance analyst will support Sales Finance and Sales Leadership with managing all aspects of trade credits and other customer related financial commitments including co-leading Projects related to process improvement on key customer spend lines (e.g. OTIF & defectives).

This role will report to the VP of Sales Operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with sales finance & account teams to understand and interpret the various types of trade spend across all customers.
  • Ensure a strong internal control environment exists surrounding all customer spend allocations.
  • Drive standardized approach to tracking/monitoring all customer spend activities + document each process.
  • Drive continuous improvement in account spend processes.
  • Provide and/or co-ordinate support for all relevant functions for deduction & dispute management.
  • Ad hoc projects or other tasks as requested to support AR/finance/sales teams.
  • Support the month-end and annual close process including accruals

Required Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing or Finance required.
  • Functional expertise: 1-3+ years of related commercial, industry experience w
  • Experience with information systems (ERP, Deduction management, COGNOS, customer portals)
  • Finance experience (business math/economics) preferred.
