Era Living is seeking a full-time Custodian Floor Care to become the newest member of our Housekeeping team located at our Aljoya Mercer Island Community in Mercer Island, WA.

Primary Responsibilities:
This role performs day-to-day housekeeping functions and specific assigned tasks which includes cleaning, washing, polishing, sanitizing, and disinfecting common areas & floors in the community. Able to work Monday-Friday.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Possess basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine Housekeeping functions in a health care institution
- Knowledge of floor care, finishing, and cleaning
- Skill in use and care of floor maintenance equipment
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Ability to pass DSHS check, required
Education and Experience:
- Previous custodian experience, preferred
