We are looking for a Full- Time or Part- Time Early childhood education Curriculum Developer who is willing to partner with us in this adventure and is eager to be a part of this revolution in Early Childhood Education.

The Early childhood education Curriculum Developer will be an experienced curriculum writer expert with strong knowledge of Early childhood education and will work with the Director of Curriculum and Instruction. The individual will create curriculum content that is aligned with public school guidelines with Fueling Brains standards to develop executive functions. The individual will be responsible for using a variety of teaching and learning approaches to create age-appropriate curricula & supporting resources.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Write Spanish Activities.
• Write PreK, 1st and 2nd-grade Curriculum in line with Fueling Brains philosophy.
• Focused to create aligned activities. TEKS/PreK Guidelines/District’s scope and sequence/District adopted Curriculum.
• Analyze student data.

• Develop scope and sequence for PreK to grade 2 level content areas.

• Research trends in instructional methods and educational technology.

• Review and recommend books and other educational materials.

• Observe the work of teaching staff to improve performance.

• Provide feedback based on individual observations and student performance data.

• Develop procedures for teachers to implement the curriculum.

• Train teachers and other instructional staff in new content or technology.

• Mentor or coach teachers in skill improvement.

• Plan, organize, and conduct training conferences and workshops.

• Evaluate content scopes and processes.

• Collate feedback and make improvements to existing and future programs.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Knowledge in literacy - Required
• Academically fluent in Spanish - Required

• Experience in Montessori and Reggio Program - Required

• Classroom Experience with Primary Grades or Early Childhood - Required

• Knowledge of PreK guidelines, TEKS, District adopted curricula - Preferred

• 5-7 years of experience in Early Childhood Education focused on curriculum writing.
• Prek to grade 3 teaching experience - Preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to collaborate with multiple individuals at varying levels
• Able to establish effective working relationships with teachers and school administrators
• Expert in using technological tools, systems and applications
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
