Our licensed facility is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking an individual with experience and knowledge in cannabis cultivation to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

We are putting together a team to assist in daily facility maintenance for our cannabis cultivation location. This is a cleaning job. Responsibilities include cleaning grow tables, drip caps, drip lines to work collectively and cooperatively as part of a team ensuring production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. The successful candidates will be reliable, punctual, and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive.

Qualifications: MUST BE 21 OR OLDER AND WORK IN THE U.S.

• Able to follow detailed instruction
• Able to work at quick and constant pace
• Must be able to bend, stand, lift, reach for extended periods of time.
• Experience in janitorial or custodian work is preferred but not required
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to always comply with all safety guidelines
• Punctual and reliable
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for 8 hours a day
• Manual dexterity
• Able and patient to do repetitive tasks
• Ability to learn and use various machines and hand tools
• Lifting, bending, reaching able to lift 30-40 pounds

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Possible Overtime
• Possible Weekend availability from time to time

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Adelanto, CA 92301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
