General Summary
The Culinary Services Assistant is responsible for the clean-up of the meal period for which he/she is responsible and in assisting the cooks and Culinary Service Manager with the daily operations of the kitchen. The Culinary Services Assistant is also responsible for providing service in a friendly and congenial manner.
Qualifications:
- Fingerprint clearance and submission of Criminal Record Statement is required (LIC508).
- Must obtain a food handler card within 30 days of hire date.
- Must possess good English communication skills (oral and written).
- Must know basic kitchen sanitation.
- High school graduate or equivalent G.E.D.
