This is a night time job. Shifts start at 4:30 pm and end at 230 am.

Part-time would be 9pm-2:30am

We are looking for a full-time customer service representative who can handle a high volume of phone calls better than our pizza cooks handle the dough, and that won't be easy to find! But if you are up to a challenge, if you can think and move quickly on your feet, you might just be the perfect fit.

In short, you will primarily do the following:

-Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

-Taking orders quickly and efficiently, returning information to the customer for confirmation.

-Handle customer information carefully, and organizing this information in order formats/templates and call logs.

-Ensure customer satisfaction.

-Receiving and rerouting calls regarding delivery/carryout service, catering, banquet events, accounts payable/receivable, administrative to other people in the organization.

-Emailing order confirmations to customers for approval. Maintaining correspondence logs for review.

-Cash handling and credit card processing using a point of sale and cash drawer.

SHIFT LEADER POSITON AVAILABLE :

Building a team of like-minded employees to assist in growing our call center.

The team leader will be working 50+ hours a week, with part-time employees filling 10-25 hour/week roles. Each position will be compensated appropriately for prior experience, performance, and responsibility. Compensation will be determined after evaluation. Feel free to list your your desired wage for this position.

Top performing employees will be candidates for office management, accounting, and other management-level positions.
