Edward’s Lawn & Landscaping is looking to hire additional lawn care and landscape professionals to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors with a fun and energetic team, are goal oriented and have a high attention to detail, we want to hear from you.

Opportunities to grow and advance are available. You will be working hands on with other landscape professionals on properties throughout Howard and Anne Arundel Counties to provide high quality lawn care, landscaping maintenance and landscape enhancement services to our clients.

Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred, however, we will train the right person! Valid driver's license and clean driving record is not required, however is preferred.

Laborer / Crewman Positions

$16.00 - $19.00/hr DOE (higher hourly wages for team members with valid drivers license)

Work 4x 10hr days (Monday - Thursday) each week

Work Friday’s occasionally during the busy season with OT available

GENERALY NEVER WORK WEEKENDS!

40hrs of paid sick time annually
