JOB TITLE: Crew Member ( MUST BE 18 TO WORK)

REPORTS TO: Manager

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Interacts with crew members, customers, and vendors using our “WOW Service” and make Bubbakoo’s Burritos fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Delivers “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer that visits our Restaurant.
• Prepares ingredients for our Entrees.
• Assembles and serves fresh food prepared to Bubbako’s Burritos’s standards.
• Uses our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and all work stations. (Hot Line, Cold Line, fryers and Grills)
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the Restaurant.
• Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the Restaurant. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines ,Also must be 18+ or older.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced Restaurant environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Most shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary.
• Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours.
• Comply with the Bubbakoo’s Burritos uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.
