We are looking for a freelance Creative Services Coordinator to assist the Executive Vice President and handle some entry level responsibilities for the creative services departments in the CBS Sports Marketing department. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, a quick learner, highly organized and takes direction easily. This person must have strong communication skills, be proficient in PowerPoint and be knowledgeable in sports.

Responsibilities for Executive Vice President CBS Sports Marketing Knowledgeable about Sports. The candidate must be well-versed and comfortable with current events in Sports (College Basketball/Football) Assist in administrative duties i.e. expense reports, travel, schedule of large meetings Pull footage or clips from air for research projects from variety of libraries Smartsheet and Excel experience is a plus Help prepare internal and external presentations and communications (mostly PowerPoint) Coordinate team building outings and departmental meetings Liaison with various partner/leagues for approval on marketing assets

Responsibilities for Creative Services Production Assist in selecting footage, video and stock images for a variety of on-air design projects Assist in collecting Sports data and information Work with edits and scheduling to deliver AV material for air Reach out to leagues/partners when necessary for footage Assist in the composition and/or selection of theme music for show packaging projects Ensure production theme music tracking document is current Handle award show submissions Onboard any freelancers/ vendors Handle processing and tracking all invoices Incorporate Sporting and Current Event information into daily packages

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $48,000.00 - 52,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
