CREATIVE MARKETING MANAGER

A fast-growing Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated Creative Marketing Manager who will manage the company's social media content from graphic creation to post descriptions all while helping to build the company a strong social media presence and brand. Let’s chat!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consistently create graphics using Canva and or Adobe
  • Create post descriptions for photos, podcasts, videos, etc.
  • Post on all company’s social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Brainstorm and execute ideas for content creation
  • Schedule and send email blasts and mass texts through our marketing software
  • Ensure consistent brand story across all posts - visuals and voice
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors
  • Create content calendars for our social media platforms

General Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graphic design experience highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva and or Adobe
  • Self-driven, shows initiative and dedication to our mission
  • Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken– professional
  • Strong grammar and spelling with persuasive and engaging copywriting skills
  • Excellent, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for social media and social media marketing
  • Organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks/projects with attention to detail
  • Ability to create and execute thoughts and ideas fully and completely
  • Collaborative and team player
  • Experience with a Social Media Management platform preferred such as Hootsuite or PromoRepublic
