Job description
Skills for Craftsman: Looking for a multi talented Craftsman who can do all/or some of the following and wiling to learn what they don't know.
- Framing.
- Put up drywall, mud, sand and finish.
- Paint.
- Repair or build new decks.
- Lay flooring: tile, laminate, linoleum and/or hardwood.
- Install: doors, windows, vanities, showers, tubs, cabinets etc.
- Some electrical and plumbing.
- Build new additions to house: sun room, back porch and/or interior rooms.
- Any kind of Remodeling or Handyman Work.
- Responsible for conducting various tasks to support other workers and craftsmen on residential sites.
- Assist craftsman by handling/delivering materials and equipment necessary to complete projects on time.
- Debris removal and site clean-up.
- Must have some construction/remodeling experience.
- Communication and time management skills.
- KEEP THE SITE SAFE FOR YOURSELF, THE CRAFTSMAN, AND CUSTOMER/HOMEOWNER.
- A good understanding of safety procedures.
- Great hand, eye, and foot coordination.
- Willingness to learn and be flexible.
- Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.
- Must have own transportation.
