Courtesy Officer Starting pay $14.00 per hour Supervisor $17 per hour
Courtesy Apartment : must work at least 24 hours per week to qualify

Essential duties & responsibilities include the following. Other duties and/or projects may be assigned.

• Maintain a high level of awareness and visibility.
• Patrols on foot or by vehicle to ensure protection and security of assigned personnel, equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Responds to calls for service, which may include trespassers, or disturbances/disorders on or in client facilities.
• Enforce safety and security procedures as indicated by rules and regulations set forth by the Client.
• Ensure access controls are in place. Control access via verification of proper documentation or credentials.
• Prepares required records and/or incident reports, inspects for fire/safety hazards, answers questions and guides visitors/guests.
• Notify management of safety hazards, equipment failures, maintenance issues, and property damage.
• Enforces client or site traffic and parking regulations and may perform routine personnel accident investigations.
• Assists local law enforcement agencies as required or requested.
• Identify and report potential areas for security breach.
• Performs related duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
