Overview:
Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center. Responsibilities:

The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

A Step Ahead Partial Program for Children (ages 9-17)
Located at Inspira in Bridgeton
Monday through Friday/Days
Salary is $19-$21 with Full Benefits

Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center.
- Maintains a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients
- Facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient’s treatment plan.
- Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
- Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record as well as completing other required paperwork.
- Rides along with the van driver to transport patients to and from the program.
- Maintains certification in Handle with Care behavior management system.
- All other duties as assigned.
- BA in Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
