We are looking for a Coordinator of Surgical Counseling to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the scheduling department. This position requires an above average attention to detail, communication/interpersonal skills, and dedication to becoming the subject matter expert for the department. Candidate has an above average ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and phone calls while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of the surgical scheduling department.
• Review provider's schedule and ensure appropriate staffing is scheduled.
• Bi-weekly preparation of payroll.
• Development, training, and on going coaching with surgical schedulers.
• Work with all staff and departments to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and medical history.
• Provide support to patients and families before, during, and after surgery.
• Travel to satellite offices as necessary for coverage.
