Part Time Nights and/or Weekends
Weekdays - 4 - 7 pm
Sat: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
Sun: 10:30 am - 5:30 pm

The Cookie Associate position is an important part of the Homemakers tradition. You will greet, give directions, answer questions, and serve cookies and beverages to our customers. Keep the café and cookie area clean and organized.
** Job Duties

• Responsible for baking cookies to keep up with demand and to bake ahead for next day.

• Serving drinks to customers.

• Keeping the café area clean and chairs pushed in.

• Keeping cookie room clean, organized and stocked with supplies.

• Greet customers, answer questions, and give directions in a polite manner.

• Provides feedback to management regarding efficiencies, safety, productivity, etc.

· Follow all operational and safety procedures

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be able to work well alone and as a team depending on the day and shift

• Good customer service skills are required.

· Must be able to multi-task and work at a fast pace to keep up with customer demand.

Physical Expectations

• Standing/walking for long periods of time

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
