Giuseppe's Pizzeria Bistro is opening Josephine's Coffee Bar right next to our existing restaurant.
Josephine's is a brand new build out. We will be serving breakfast sandwiches, homemade pastries, NY Style hand rolled bagels, and Deli sandwiches at lunch time. This will be a 100% scratch kitchen, everything will be made to order. We will be open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 2 pm. The kitchen line will have a half size convection oven, 24" thermostatic griddle and 2 burner stove. No microwave=no cheating.
The Shifts will run from 6am to 4pm Tuesday to Saturday (50 Hours)
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of breakfast cooking or hot line experience. You must work clean and efficiently, our kitchen is small and we expect it to be clean and organized.
