Description:
SUMMARY
Under general supervision and as assigned, the Refurbishment Associate receives, inventories, cleans, remanufactures, tests, repackages and ships for resale gaming systems, components, physical software and devices as a part of our larger Refurbishment Operations. This position interacts with a lead and/or supervisor several times a day to receive assignment, direction and feedback. All non-routine activities will require a supervisor’s advanced approval.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in the assigned department or section to achieve or exceed department objectives; Assist with special projects as directed
Achieve production and quality goals in the assigned department or section
Follow procedures; ensure high-quality output; accurately check processes and tasks with a high degree of attention to detail
Complete high volumes of work effectively and efficiently under demanding time constraints and workflow
Uphold and follow safety standards; Identify and correct conditions that could impact employee safety

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age and present state-required proof of age documents
A high school diploma or GED is required
Must be able to safely lift and carry items (boxes, totes, etc.) weighing up to 50 lbs. horizontally, and from ground level to a minimum height of 4 feet.
Must be able to bend, stoop, reach with arms and hands, walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time
Must possess the dexterity to utilize small hand-held tools and other mechanical/electrical production or cleaning equipment safely and without assistance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively with others, with varying responsibilities and work areas, using spoken and written English
Must be a team player, flexible, dependable, and cooperative
Ability to work under demanding time constraints and windows
Ability to perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
