Job description
Manufacturer of pinball machines, arcade games and home gameroom products, seeks account with 7+ years experience. Responsibilities include:
1) Billing & cash receipts;
2) Bank reconciliations;
3) Weekly payroll and related filings;
4) Cash Disbursements and payables;
5) Assisting in managing of inventory systems;
6) General ledger maintenance; and
7) Financial statement preparation
Individual must have a strong background in accounting, be computer proficient, have strong attention to detail and problem solving skills. Proficiency in SAGE and experience with Crystal Reports would be extremely helpful. Manufacturing and/or inventory management experience would be helpful.
