As a Contracts Manager II, you will be using your skills and expertise to administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate our standard and nonstandard contracts. You'll be responsible for examining estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. You'll advise management of contractual rights and obligations and ensure our contracting activities provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment.The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Responsibilities :
Primary point of contact for the customer on all assigned contractual and solicitation matters
Maintains close, professional interface with internal and external customer personnel (technical, administrative and business) and internal contracts staff
Supervises work produced to ensure consistent high quality performance
Provides training and development for personnel assigned
Responsible for ensuring that all contract documents, data, deliverables, funding, etc. are posted to SharePoint; to include the development and updates to Contract-specific matrix
Ensures contract files are maintained in an up-to-date and audit-ready condition with all contractual data, correspondence and status
Works with internal customers (program managers, program directors, etc. ) ensuring all communication with external customers is concise and consistent from both technical and contractual personnel
Monitors, in conjunction with the Program Manager, performance against the original cost allocation and contract requirements in order to anticipate necessary changes in contract funding or scope of work
In coordination with Corporate counsel, reviews NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Consultant Agreements and other strategic documents across the SNC Enterprise
Drafting, reviewing, posting and routing for approval; and prompt execution of agreements and executive summaries - ensuring protection of SNC interests in all agreements
Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
A higher level degree may substitute for experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Experience with & working knowledge of the FAR & DFARS
Preferred:
Experience with government contracting
Previous legal experience
NCMA or DAWAI certification
Proficient with MS Office Tools

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $138,634.92 - $190,623.01
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
