Position Overview/Introduction: Our team is looking for a Co-Pack Analyst who will be responsible for the Operations management and administration of assigned areas within the co-pack strategic partner network.
Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a remote role. #LI-Remote
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Actively engage in bi-weekly meetings to review changes with current partners and to discuss new, potential co-pack relationships.
  • Onboard new co-packers by providing training on reporting as well as using proper data exchange for recording of receipt of materials, production and shipments to OSC DC’s.
  • Provide guidance in collaboration with the materials planning team regarding the procurement and delivery of all Ocean Spray supplied materials to our co-pack partners.
  • Coordinate new product set up at the partner locations in SAP which includes the creation of BOMs and condition records.
  • Engage in all aspects of production including, but not limited to, receipts, production and outbound shipments.
  • Manage partner raw and finished good material losses and report any deviances against contractual agreements in support of root cause analysis.
  • Follow up with partner on reconciliation differences when specifications are not met and develop action plans to close the gaps in support of continuous improvement.
  • Review and report material obsolescence at each partner location to mitigate monetary losses.
  • Work with co-packer to ensure that proper invoicing methods are followed and that accurate reporting for all vendor receipts is completed to support on-time payment.
  • Identify opportunities and execute against cross-functional supply chain efforts in support of cost reduction.
  • Act as the key point of contact and tactical lead for the assigned partners, with a focus on SAP processes and reporting.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to the appropriate internal functional support teams on programs and procedures that affect the partner’s ability to meet the requirements of their contract.
  • Create and modify SOPs to include best practices and actioned improvement measures.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required with 3-5 years of work experience in operations management
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Strong math skills including ability to manage multiple conversions
  • Prior experience with food and beverage manufacturing is a plus
  • Experience with Process Improvement Methodologies, analysis, and contingency planning
  • Accounting and/or operations planning experience preferred
  • Influencing skills
