Tosh Farms is a rapidly growing, family-owned crop and swine production business with over 500 employees and 36,000 sows. As part of our growth, we are building all the time and need your help to construct new barns for our growing operation. It is an exciting time to be part of our team! In this role you should expect to:

• Use your strong construction skills to complete livestock barns
• Be a part of an effective team installing equipment
• Complete general construction, plumbing, and welding tasks
• Work 5-6 days a week, in all weather
• Travel and have some overnight stays

There will be a skills test, come prepared. Skills will include hand-eye coordination, following verbal commands, use of proper tools, and welding if your skill set allows (please bring your own PPE for welding)

What you'll need to succeed in this role:

• At least 5 years construction experience
• Familiar with hand and power tools
• Experience with stick welding is a plus
• Able to repetitively lift 50lbs
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time

Transportation and tools are provided from Tosh headquarters.

Physical requirements of this role:

• Ability to stand/kneel/bend/stoop/walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours a day)
• Able to withstand working in the elements
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. frequently
