WORK SCHEDULE: Full Time; Monday-Friday (40+ Hours/Week); Day Shift

WORK LOCATION: Nashville, GA

POSITION SUMMARY

EZ Portable Buildings, Inc. (EZPB) is the industry leader in storage buildings, sheds, and tiny homes. We are currently looking for competent construction workers to join our growing team. Those who have experience in carpentry, framing, roofing, electrical, caulk & putty, painting, and/or general construction labor are encouraged to apply. Don't have extensive experience? That's ok! We will train motivated individuals who exhibit good attendance and positive attitudes. We have multiple positions available due to continued and projected growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use hand tools, portable power tools, and standard measuring instruments to assist with the ongoing construction of sheds, portable buildings, and tiny homes.
• Assist with flooring, framing, and assembling buildings as needed.
• Painting buildings and trim when requested.
• Gather metal and shingles to help with roofing projects.
• Unload and carry lumber and materials as necessary.
• Caulk and putty applications.
• Assist with miscellaneous construction assignments such as painting, cutting lumber and/or plywood, assembling wall sections, trusses, doors, or any other fabricating and assembly duties associated with the construction of portable buildings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND KEY COMPETENCIES

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as construction worker.
• Familiar with operating equipment and power tools such as trench rammers, drills, pneumatic hammers, hand saws, angle grinders, miter saws, table saws, etc.
• Capable of working in a team environment.
• Able to read instructions and blueprints when needed.
• Physically able to routinely lift and carry 50 pounds; occasionally lifting 100 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work at various heights (up to 40 feet).
• Genuine desire to work hard, and proud to put out a quality product.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and comprehensive background check.

REQUIRED TRAINING, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS

• Citizen of the United States and authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

WORK SCHEDULE & EQUIPMENT

• 
  Standard schedule is day shift, Monday through Friday.

• Work indoors; Enclosed facility provides year-round stability.

• All power tools and equipment supplied.
