We are interviewing candidates to join our team as a Blue Ridge Construction Manager. Our ideal person will be a team uniter with remarkable communication skills, have a natural ability to solve problems, and will eagerly embrace the opportunity to help our newest location in the North Georgia mountains grow!


What you’d be responsible for:

  • Manage the daily rollout of production crews as well as ongoing site visits to review project progress.
  • Attend pre-construction meetings as well as weekly site visits with designers and customers, as requested.
  • Manage the construction production schedule ongoing.
  • Provide job training, performance assessments, and support ongoing to our production crews.
  • Approve weekly production hours for payroll.
  • Track and report project profitability and manage work tickets within our business operating system.
  • Assist our Procurement Coordinator with weekly and monthly inventory management.

What are the requirements:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working within a landscape management position, preferably residential.
  • Green industry education and/or certifications are a big plus but are not required.
  • Experience with landscape projects that involve both softscape and hardscape installations as well as a working knowledge of lighting and irrigation systems.
  • Clean driving record, drug-free, and the ability to be added to the company fleet insurance policy.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn cloud-based software, with Aspire and G Suite experience a big plus.

What are the work hours:

  • Summer Hours: 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, off on Fridays.
  • Winter Hours: 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Schedule flexibility will be required based on seasonality, weather, and client timelines. This position does not provide a remote work option.


Compensation and benefit opportunities:

  • Base salary range: $65,000-$74,000 annual
  • Additional pay opportunity: Quarterly bonus payouts of up to $12,000
  • Additional pay opportunity: Net Profit Share, Level 2
  • Retirement savings with a 3% company match

  • PTO: unlimited after one year
