Job description

At 3MG a Construction Manager is responsible for communicating to the office team with updates on crews, job progress, inspection results and material request. When crew is on site and when they leave for the day.

Ideal skills:

-vendor onboarding/management

-attention to detail a must

-scheduling/invoicing experience

-construction/roofing/insurance restoration knowledge with the ability to read and understand carrier scopes of work

-working knowledge of Acculynx software

Day to day:

Ability to deal with multiple jobs daily, schedule trades and estimates in a timely manner, manage small team including in-house interior and gutter crews. Ensure profit margins are acceptable for all work completed and that all trades performed are up to Company standards.

· Posting of Permit

· Introduction to the homeowners and giving updates of job. (always addressing homeowner upon arrival, during, and once job is completed)

· Required photos before, during and after re-roof per building codes: re-nail of deck, double underlayment, drip edge, peel n stick, shingle nail pattern etc (Upload all photos to Acculynx).

· Keep job clean while re-roof work is in progress and at the end of day before crew goes home

· Upon completion - Final walk around with final photos of job and final notes. Job should be 100% clean before leaving property and ready for a final inspection.

Requirement to strap up and go on roofs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Roofing construction: 6 years (Required)
• Construction estimating: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
