Trifecta Painting & Construction, located in Van Nuys, in business since 2006, is hiring for a Lead Construction Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction and waterproofing projects concurrently on an ongoing basis.

Key Skills the ideal Lead Construction Project Manager should have:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Need to effectively communicate with clients, sub-contractors, and team members.

· High attention to detail: The ability to handle a high volume of work. Must be able to review and approve change orders. Ensure that all documents and instructions are accurate and complete.

· Knowledge of General Construction and Waterproofing. Must be able to read plans as you will interfere with engineers and architects.

· Proficient in Computer Knowledge: For example Emails, Microsoft Suite, CRM

· Management Experience- as you will have to develop and implement construction schedules for projects from start to finish, follow budgets, and oversee crew and sub-contractors for progress reporting and post project walks. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues that need to be addressed.

Requirements:

  • Management experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish (not a requirement but a plus)
  • Experience with boom lifts, scissor lifts, scaffolding, and tall extension ladders a plus
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Willing and able to work 50+ hours a week

Trifecta specializes in condominium capital improvement projects. The types of jobs that you will be overseeing consist of the following but are not limited to:

  • Waterproofing jobs – courtyards, decks/deck stacks, planters
  • Framing work, generally associated with a waterproofing repair (i.e. rebuilding a decking stack of 2+ balconies)
  • Large scale siding replacement jobs
  • Various types of jobs involving new and repair to concrete and/or stucco
  • Interior common area remodels

The position we are hiring for is a significant role in our company. If you are able to perform the responsibilities of the job at a high level, you will have a long-term position available. We are eager to hear from qualified candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
