Job Title: Petroleum Installer I

Description: Installs underground storage tanks for fuel systems.

Seneca Companies, Inc. is currently seeking a Petroleum Installer to work within the Salt Lake City, Utah area. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a growing area within our family owned and operated business directly supporting the organizations where you may purchase your fuel.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installing and testing petroleum tanks, piping and other equipment
  • Assist in removal and disposal of old petroleum equipment
  • Follow safety procedures on each job
  • Installs, programs and tests new equipment.
  • Operate various power tools, skid loaders, air compressors, forklifts, and other related tools and equipment in performing described duties

What you need to have:

  • Prior experience working in construction field
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel out of town with overnights, Monday-Friday.
  • Ability to perform manual construction work and equipment operations

  • Can be reimbursed for secondary education at accredited educational providers and vocational training in addition to required job training.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Commercial construction: 2 years (Preferred)
