Carson Rental & Supply is looking for a store manager and assistant manager at their Big Flats, NY facility. There would be frequent work and all training completed at the Ithaca main office as well. This is a full-time job with hours M - F, roughly 7 am to 5 pm. Except for the Manager's job, it is possible to split the Assistant Manager job into part-time jobs for the right candidates.

Candidates must have the following skills: A good knowledge of construction equipment (backhoes, excavators, dozers, skid steers and attachments, compaction equipment, and handheld power tools), be mechanically inclined, good computer skills, people skills, and knowledge of the Ithaca area. Candidates must be intelligent, organized, meticulous in their work, self-starters, hard working, continuous learners, and take responsibility for their successes and failures. Quiters please don't apply. There will be challenging days, disagreements, and frustration in this job. But the people that make the most money do the jobs others aren't willing to do! All applicants must be Winners - if you don't know what that means, this is not your job. Managers must be able to lead employees and bring out their best. Managers must develop advertising plans, use COOP resources wisely, and complete product technical training - all in a cost effective manner. There are many opportunities for advancement of responsibility, pay, and possibly business ownership/share. The sky is the limit, only limited by your desire.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
