Note – Pay Rate for this Job is $28 - $35 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and read survey stakes with a view to establishing appropriate grades
• Prepare worksites for concrete footings and assemble concrete forms on specified locations
• Ensure the pouring of concrete is correct and accurate
• Bend, form, tie and install rebar as illustrated in original blueprints or plans
• Align, build, and erect different types of concrete structures and foundations
• Establish estimates of concrete quantity, indulge in procurement activities, and ensure that proper mix of sand and cement are created
• Spread, level and smooth concrete by using rakes, shovels, and trowels
• Experience / be comfortable with using power tools
• Experience / be comfortable with building forms
• Experience / be comfortable with pouring, setting, and leveling concrete forms, tying rebar if needed
• Be proficient with power tools and their safe use

Qualifications:

• E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA
• Minimum 4 years of experience on commercial, residential or industrial construction sites
• Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade.
• Verifiable work history that confirms your experience in the trade
