Job description

The Concierge/Valet of the FUSION Resort in Treasure Island serves as the ambassador for our 16 on-property boat slips and 42 room hotel. This individual is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with their needs, driving our golf cart shuttle, monitoring and charging for parking, As well as maintaining a safe and clean environment in outdoor public areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversees parking

- Frequent inspection and maintenance to provide a clean and safe area

- First line of customer service for incoming guests

- Responsible for golf cart rides

- Ensures all marina/pool rules and regulations are being followed by boaters, guests, and hotel staff

- Ability to work weekends and holidays is a must

Technical and Physical Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Ability to lift 50 pounds

- Knowledge of basic power tools preferred

Minimum Soft Skills Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and obtains the common sense to cater to customer needs

- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing procedures in order to grow with the start up

- Strong independent worker

- Organizational skills are a must

Pay: $15.00 per hour
