Job Summary
The Concierge is responsible for greeting internal and external customers, including patients and families, for the Avera Specialty Hospital. The Concierge will provide information, assist and direct customers to appropriate areas as requested. The Concierge works collaboratively with ASH staff to ensure that family needs are met. In addition, the Concierge will provide guidance for volunteers and valet staff and anticipate and respond to the needs of others. The Concierge will serve as a role model for service excellence and assist with Registration in the computer systems.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree from four-year a college or university preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in health care, program administration, hospitality or customer service industry required.
Work Schedule
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts; 5:30 am and 8:30 am start times; requires the ability to work both shifts
- 48 hours / pay period;
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
