Position is REMOTE but MUST reside near our primary offices in Irvine, CA., Las Vegas, NV., Oklahoma City, OK., Uniondale, NY., Shrewsbury, NJ. or Tampa, FL.


LIBERTY
’s Compliance Analyst ensures our compliance program meets regulatory and contractual standards for commercial, Exchange, Medicaid, and Medicare lines of business.


Essential Duties:

  • Coordinates preparation and submission of timely and accurate regulatory filings involving multi-department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, managing deliverables from the design process through completion.
  • Maintains LIBERTY's internal Compliance systems, including coordinating all triage notifications and requests, routing to and working with business owners ensuring high quality timely deliverables.
  • Coordinates all aspects of client and regulatory audit preparation and the development of reports/tools to monitor and track implementation and completion of corrective action plans.
  • Communicates and collaborates with business areas to analyze regulatory guidelines and deliver the appropriate information as needed.
  • Maintains a compliance dashboard, weekly compliance status summaries, compliance status tracking tools, etc.
  • Leads large, complex projects to achieve a variety of compliance objectives.
  • Interprets and analyzes state and federal regulatory guidance.
  • Works with operational leaders within the business to provide recommendations on opportunities for process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field; OR equivalent experience.
  • 2-5+ years of progressive regulatory compliance and oversight experience.
  • Managed Care Health Plan Experience Required.


Specific Skills/Knowledge:

  • Direct experience in government managed or regulated healthcare.
  • Demonstrated experience in compiling, coordinating, analyzing, and organizing regulatory requirement data.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong to expert computer skills - specifically, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Effective communication skills, at all organizational levels. Both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.


Location:

Candidates are required to be near one of our primary offices. LIBERTY offices are in Irvine, CA., Las Vegas, NV., Oklahoma City, OK., Uniondale, NY., Shrewsbury, NJ. and Tampa, FL. Our employees are distributed in office locations in multiple markets across the United States. We are unable to hire or allow employees to work outside of the United States.


Compensation:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $58,760 - $82,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.


Work Environment:

Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Sedentary work involves extensive sitting, typing, close range vision most of the time.
