Compensation

• Base pay and commission while getting started
• 1st year - Expected Earnings of $30,000 - $50,000
• 2nd year - Expected Earnings of $45,000 - $75,000
• 3rd year - Expected Earnings of $75,000 - $100,000

Minimum Requirement for the Position
We prefer an Associates or a BA (Shows us follow through and commitment), but it is not required. What is required?
