We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Warehouse Manager in Tiffin, OH!
Commercial Roofing Warehouse Manager:
The position manages and controls storage and distribution activities of the company to ensure maximum utilization of facilities. Administers operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current. The role is also designed to oversee the maintenance of equipment, inventory control and logistics.
Commercial Roofing Warehouse Manager Functions:

Oversee the warehouse operation to insure the proper mix and level of inventory, the most efficient shipping and receiving practices, and the highest on-time delivery rate possible

Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions

Develop and improve communications with customers, suppliers, and other departments within the Company

Plan reoccurring customer visits to create a strong company presence, monitor deliverables, and assure a high level of customer satisfaction

Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use

Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.

Examine objects, and systems, by analyzing information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.

Maximize profits through productivity improvements, purchasing habits, and expense management.

Establish and maintain high employee morale and motivation by exhibiting role model leadership behaviors
Commercial Roofing Warehouse Manager Experience:
-
Strong inventory control and tracking experience
-
Fleet maintenance and service scheduling
-
Commercial roofing equipment basic maintenance knowledge
-
5+ years of warehouse management experience
-
Strong commercial roofing product and equipment knowledge
-
Excel, Outlook, Teams/Zoom experience
-
Valid DL and clean MVR; CDL a plus!

Working Conditions:
Physical surroundings: Office environment with typical office machines and exposure to noise and temperature.
Physical Effort: Extensive sitting, standing, walking. Repetitive keying, typing. Occasional lifting not to exceed 75 pounds
Travel: Local, travel up to 2 hours. Tiffin to Akron.
