Guide Roasting Company is bringing a groundbreaking product to the specialty coffee industry through GreenPod Coffee Packing. We recently launched a fully compostable K-Cup® that drastically changes the single-use pod market as we know it today. We offer co-packing services of GreenPods for other small businesses, allowing craft coffee roasters across the country to offer a fully sustainable, compostable K-Cup for their own coffee. Becoming part of our team means you'll be involved with a cutting edge product as we work with other businesses and countries to develop the best compostable pod through this patented technology.

We are looking for additional help with packaging of the retail boxes containing GreenPods.

Available positions:

Packaging help is needed during the week. This position allows for a flexible schedule with priority given to applicants that are available between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. The packaging team helps prepare wholesale orders for shipment, packing 12 or 24 pods into boxes and applying the retail labels. This position could also fit a student available to work a few days a week or a parent looking to work daily while their children are in school.

Packaging Responsibilities

• Accurately apply labels to bags and boxes
• Fill retail boxes with 12 or 24 GreenPods
• Prepare orders for shipment

Packaging Skills

• Attention to detail for counting pods and applying labels
• Ability to follow packaging directions order-to-order
• Dedication to a repetitive task
• No previous experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
